Summoning for dancer after vordt?

Is it possible to summon people for the dancer after killing vordt but before killing the 3 lords of cinder? Can you only summon there after the sky goes red?

You can summon people for Dancer, but you'll have to aggro the boss if you've killed Vordt.

yeah you can summon people for the dancer but the real problem is finding them cause they'll have to be in a soul level range that is pretty close to yours, and if you're ng it will be pretty hard to find people I think (I'm not sure though, I never tried)
you'll find people for sure from ng+ anyway
