At what sl pvp is at it's best?

80-90. For invasions, 120 is pretty turd.
Well, that and 60+6 around Irithyll/Anor Londo

Level+weapon fort:
10+1 at High Wall
20+2 at Undead Settlement
30+3 at Halfway Fortress \ Farron Keep
40+4 at Cathedral of the Deep
45+4 at Catacombs of Carthus
50+6 at Smouldering Lake
60+6 at Irithyll / Anor Londo / Dungeon / Profaned Capital

80+10 and
90+10 at Anor Londo / Great Belfry / Grand Archives / Kiln of the First Flame / Ashes of Ariandel / The Ringed City

120+10 is considered the PvP Meta so I guess you can find matches in most of the same areas as 90+10.

All these areas and matchmaking ranges are pretty well populated and you ought to find yourself tons of enjoyment.

SL 50-60 non-stop invasions in anor londo

This is a pretty solid guide. For me personally I prefer invasions between 30-70, hosts are much less likely to have a "complete" build so there's less chance of you just getting insta-killed the second you make a mistake.

If you try to do 120+ meta level invasions you will regularly walk into hosts + 1/2/3 phantoms who will kill you instantly if they have any coordination.
