Sharp Great Corvian Scythe or Pontiff Knight Great Scythe?

I'm going to try a scythe build but I'm not sure which of these ones to use. They both have an S in dex scaling, and the Corvian is slightly better just for physical damage when it is sharp+10, but the Pontiff Scythe has frostbite. Since I've never used frostbite, I have no idea if frostbite is good enough to sacrifice some physical damage for.

The pontiff scythe doesn't have very reliable frostbite and all frostbite does is do a little bit of extra damage, lower the enemies stamina regen, and make them take a little more damage for a few secs. If you ask me, just use the great corvian scythe (keep in mind that it inflicts bleed on the wielder.)

I didn't notice the corvian scythe makes the weilder bleed. I'll do some research on frostbite. Also, I don't even have the Pontiff Scythe yet, so I'll just use corvian for now until I get it.
