What to answer npc i am ash I am not ash ??? Ariandel
what difference does it make ??

I said not ash and it ends the conversation, then gives you a chance to say you are ash and it continues the conversation. I'm not sure what difference if any that makes though in the long run.

Doing the first playthrough of the dlc now. Just selected "I am not ash" then killed the NPC right after the convo ended, got quite an interesting dialog.
