[FIXED] Deluxe Edition Owners Can't Download DLC

From what it seems, anyone who is trying to install the dlc after purchasing the deluxe edition of the game can't actually access it. Season pass owners (without deluxe) and single dlc owners are able to install fine.

edit: No visible solutions yet. Just so everyone is aware, this is highly likely Bamco's fault. They are the publisher and are responsible for this kind of thing. Steam is just the platform and From is the devs who aren't involved in releasing

edit2: SHOULD BE WORKING. People, including myself, have finally been able to get the 1.5gb download for the dlc and it is appearing as owned in the library. If not working, try restarting steam

To help confirm, I do NOT have the deluxe edition, I just bought the season pass Friday, and it's totally working for me and pulled down the 1.5GB download. My buddy has the deluxe edition, and he doesn't even have Ashes listed as "in library" on the store page (I do).

Yeah, people are playing it on stream right now, and it says it's out on the store page. Me and my buddy can't play either, because we prepurchased the Deluxe Edition weeks before its release. It's really sucky that of all the people, players who invested in the game early aren't able to play the expansion.

Yep can confirmed, If you purchased it separately it downloads just fine, but doesn't if you got it bundled in the Deluxe Edition.
