How to fix failed to load save data?

Every time I start up dark souls 3, it will fail to load save data and not let me do anything, it won't even reach the menu, does anyone know how I can fix this (I haven't tried porting my character from another pc or anything)

Sound's like your save file got corrupted go to /C>Users>"username">AppData>Roaming>DarkSoulsIII and delete your save file

So I have my dark souls 3 saved on a second disk, and there I don't have the option: user... so I'm not sure what to do...?

Because on the other disk, I can't find the save game of dark souls
