Profaned GS or GS of Judgement?

Thanks to whoever helped with the pontiff before, the person who had the name starting with Ast firstly. I now have to choose between what to transpose. Is profaned greatsword better or judgement is preferred? I was using wolf greatsword I got from the abyss watchers in the fight.

Profaned for quality, judgement for Int.

depends on your build. If you plan on having more int, then gs of judgement and moonlight gs are two you wanna look at (assuming int/str)
If you don't think you'll use int, then profaned is more suitable for you (also dat charged heavy)

My stats if it helps decide is Vigor - 15, Attunement - 12, Endurance - 15, Vitality - 18, Strength - 24, Dexterity - 18, Intelligence - 15, Faith - 14 and Luck - 10.

Your current stats aren't as important as the stats you plan to end the build with.
You currently seem to favor quality (str/dex) over anything (although your int is high enough to make a str/int or dex/int bulid viable assuming you won't respec, so either option is open to you) a hybrid with int or faith, so going on your current stats the profaned gs would give you a higher ar.
You should probably check out the wiki on these and decide where you want your build to go

Ultimately, pronfaned has a higher ar, but gs of judgement is a little more interesting with magic dmg and a self buff (keep in mind profaned does fire dmg on its charged heavy). All depens on what you can scale tho

I plan to mainly keep my stats balanced enough for me to have enough to use armour/weapons, but raise my strength high enough eventually so that I can use the best of or stronger weapons in the game.

Is the damage and strength of profaned better than judgement? So as said I have the greatsword from that npc invader in smouldering lake as well as wolf greatsword and hollowslayer which I use for hollows.

Both are great. FUGS is only great at high strength, the rest are good on quality.
I suggest getting 40 Dex and 40 strength then using profaned and respeccing if you don't like it.

Profaned use's the most stamina of any weapon in the game so there is that, judgement is good at lower soul level's and gets out classed latter on due to its hard caped stats azre 40/40/40

Profaned is a quality weapon, Judgment is a quality-Int weapon.
A build for the former would be 26/40 or 40/40, for the latter 26/40/40.
