Look Daniel, here's the thing. If you are dying a lot, that's a trademark of Dark Souls. Practice makes perfect. Just keep practicing. Pick your starting class as Knight. Knight has the best armor, and a solid shield to start the game. Pour ALL your stats into Vigor, get up to 20.
That'll give you a solid foundation to practice and learn the game. Dark Souls is literally a memory game. memorize everything, and just keep trying, and level Vigor every chance you get. If there is a particularly strong enemy you just can't beat, try to find a way around them, or use throwable things
As for giving you souls, I would, but it wouldn't solve your problem. You would level, but you would still die a ton, because you don't have the knowledge of the game you need to have to survive, you'd just keep dying.
Go Knight, and get your vigor to 20. You can worry about the different builds and things later on once you have learned more about the game.
at least you bothered to give advice though
