Lol, but ds3's enemies have more fast paced movesets and attacks. Especially enemies like the pontiff knights.

Happy Hob himself said, that DS2 is the easiest to no-hit. Leveling agility helps a lot. Its longest, but you can skip a lot of the game.

He says that for him DS1 is the hardest, followed by DS3 and then DS2. If you dont believe me, you can go ask him, he streams on daily basis.
