cant summon friend

So me and my friend created new characters to play together, but we cant summon us. We tried everything possible that came into our minds. We both have the same network settings, play on steam, are embered, have the same password, havent killed the boss jet, have the same soul level, same weapon upgrade and only one at the time is putting down the soapstone. We both see and can summon other people except us.

Have you both set your game to English ? Check the welcome message if you got banned.

Im not banned, I get the normal welcome massage. The game is in german but my friends game is in german too

put both of you network settings back to default then put a password in that might fix it

Your friend should check the welcome message in English too. You'll only get a message about a ban when you set your game to English.

Otherwise try to restart your router, pc and the game. When this doesn't fix it, wait a few hours and then try to summon eachother again.

we did everything, still cant see him. We tried on different days, didnt work there too. I can summon him in ds1 and ds2 but for some reason not in ds3

THen I have no idea. You can create a family shared account and try it on the new account then. So you can figure out if the problem is related to your steam account or internet connection.

What part of your game is not set to English you don’t understand?Set your language to English and then see if you get normal message plus if you don’t see any signs at all that’s it your banned it’s not really rocket science.I know this will come as rude message but cmon man use your

My game is on english, I am not banned and I wrote that I can summon other players except him and hes not banned too

yep this was it xD can summon him on my new account. I still dont get it why i cant summon him with this account, but its better than nothing
