Yeah, you can meet those even at duels and there is nothing you can do about it - no Blue Sentinel or anything. And they don't even need to worry about downloading the prog if they're gankers because you can't kick unscaled on console either. Blocking cheaters is also harder because you can't detect which one was cheating and it takes a long time before the "last played with" list even updates.
And you still have to mule items and farm for gems because no HM. At least, they can't break your save file... Glorious ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ console gaming.
