How do you know you're banned? Wait until the next ban wave on Tuesday/Wednesday. Have English text enabled. Quit and restart your game. Read the pop-up message after you log in to the Dark Souls III game server. Or do this now and see whether you receive the word "penalized" somewhere in the pop-up message.

I opened the modifier yesterday, then deleted the archive today, and the Dark Souls 3 server is always disconnected today，so I don't know if this is banl or not

Had some problems with servers today. Everyone couldn't log in, not just you. Not being able to log in does not mean a ban.
