Oh, I see. Thanks.
It depends on what you want from him by doing his quest. Also depends on how far you are in Siegward's quest line. Suppose you want Siegward's armour set and his Titanite Slab. You have done his quest line up to and including the point where you exhaust his dialogues at the Estus kitchen in Irithyll. After the chat and a loading screen, Siegward would be in a cell in the Profaned Capital. Suppose you did not rescue Siegward from the cell, but instead head straight to fight Yhorm. After defeating Yhorm, you can grab the key to free Siegward, go into his cell, talk to him, get a slab from him, and kill him for his armour set. If you do not kill Siegward at this point, after another loading screen he would be found dead in Yhorm's boss room where you can loot a Storm Ruler from the location where his corpse would be. Siegward also gives you a final Siegbrau, but only after you have co-op the Yhorm fight with Siegward and he survives the fight.
I won't understand him though, as he does not speak in english.
Forgive me Miyazaki.
