ouch! 1 hour for £12?
also don't judge it by it's playtime. i would still recommend getting it cause it's more ds3 after all. also new weapons (got my 2 new fav weapons out of the dlc) and a pvp arena. so alot of stuff that i personally enjoy, also my fav ds3 bossfight so far is in the dlc.
That's the problem with your thinking and everyone elses thinking. More play time through main content=more value for money, people don't think of potential. They also added the arena, no one seems to count that into the equation of play hours value, nor the new weapons, nor potential future arenas to be added, nor the handful of new invasion areas which are perfect and amzing for invaders like me.
Sure the main dlc story was short but the added extras to the base game and other activities more than makes up for it.
Well I'm sitting on soul level 109 right now.
Perhaps it ties into the lore. Burning away the rot. Maybe the developers are low key saying we're intentionally burning the series, making lesser and lesser works, and letting it die, rather than rehashing the same things over and over like a Call of Duty #17, where its just a fresh coat of paint over the same concept.
Not on NG+ yet. I'm a bit higher since I've been helping a friend through some later game areas but I think I was around soul level 99 when I finished the game itself. Never lost many souls lol and didn't want to spend them on buying spells off of the merchants for a melee build.
Currently have the Wolf Greatsword and Yhorn's machete with Ornstein's armour. A lot of levels went into Vit since even with havel's Ring its still hard to keep under 70% with that gear on. I doing a Str build.
