Black knight UGS/GHammer are pretty good with those stats

UGS like profaned greatsword and lorian's greatsword are pretty good for PVE\PVP

Hollowslayer Greatsword is always a great sword..... And if you have Ringed City DLC get the Splitleaf Greatsword it's god tier (I infused mine with heavy infusion and it is broken OP) It's also the first weapon you can get within the DLC.
