Aldrich tips

I'm stuck at Aldrich, can anyone give me any tips on how to defeat him? (I'm playing a strength build)

weak to electric . run close and around him when he does arrow attack crap if you have the spell vow of silence

Most damage Aldrich does is magic damage, so boost your magic absorption
with armor, Speckled Stoneplate Ring if you have it and Blue Bug Pellets.

In second phase when he uses arrow spam roll around pillar.

Stay close to him and keep pressure, he is weak to fire.

[Sprinting Shotgun]

Dodge roll to get real close to him and then beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of him. Smacking his tail is pretty safe, since he doesn't seem to have many attacks that go backwards. Dodge roll away when he goes for his teleport. If you have access to Chaos Infusion or Carthus Flame Arc, both of those can work wonders against him. A faster weapon like the Heavy Broadsword helps. Heavy Warpick's not a bad choice either.

The minute you see Aldritch start the bow animation start getting away from him. Best weapon against him that I have used is the WolfGreatsword as he is weak to Abyss weapons.
