It's not just that, it's also there's a super saturation of potential blues to be pulled at higher levels, but at say sl 20, there's not many, since the average player will be at least 30ish by the time they get to Horace. Less competition for getting pulled in.

Dried finger does nothing for you in your case AFAIK. You need to see the sign pulsing next to your HP bar. That means its searching. I can tell you the best level but probably around ~125.

You have higher chances to get summoned as blue phantom on lower levels and less upgraded weapons. The higher level/better upgrade on weapons you are, less likely you get summoned.
Try at around SL60, with weapons at max being +6.
Ocassionaly, you might get summoned as blue on SL125, but expect it to be mostly around Anor Londo and participating in host's ganks.
Oh OK sorry I should not .have answered this; I actually have not much clue about covenants and PVP
While we are at it, what is the best range or area or way to "farm" (I mean PVP) darkmoon things.

Same as I stated before - lower level and less upgraded weapons gives you more chance to get summoned. Blue phantom covenants are more focused on a support. to help a low level/new player when they are invaded.

You will only get summoned however, if the player that is under attack is using a way of the blue covenant sign himself, and you are either wearing blue sentinels or blade of the darkmoon covenant sings (both are exactly the same, so no difference which you prefer).

Keep in mind also, that some more experienced players/twinking/speedrunning may not use the way of the blue sign, and you might not get summoned because they wont need an assist. You might not get summoned when the host is running with few summoned on his own phantoms, thus taking the free spots for anyone else to join him through invading/supporting. Sometimes the system summons you moments after the host dies, so it's real hard to farm the proofs of concord kept via PVP. Not to mention - some of the invaders might be twinking themselfs, so you will try your best, but they will still have an advantage over you thanks to their non upgraded late game gear. Yeah, there are people like that.

As for farming prrofs the other way... there are 2 silver knights in Anor Londo, on the staircase that leads to Aldrich boss fight. However, their drop rate of the proofs is SO LOW, it might take literal hours before 1 proof drops.

It's hard to be a blue phantom, I tell you that much.

the best way is to pretend you are AFK(away from keyboard) and not move at all. The game is notorious for summoning you while you are not ready.
or maybe it was designed so you would wait standing still to be summoned.

sometimes when i tab out of the game it triggers an instant summon within a few seconds.

I'd honestly suggest to stop leveling at 15, then get the 5 free levels from Yoel and get the dark hand from Yuria, then use that to get to Horace and Anri more easily without leveling any more and get blue sentinels and just try from that level. sl 20 with +4 weapons at most (+2 for weapons that need twinkling titanite or titanite scales, they cap at +5, so those are always counted as 2x the level it shows). People like to talk smack on people with Way of Blue equipped, but it's hard getting Darkmoon Blade without going insane, so I always equip the covenant as soon as I see I can't get summoned as a blue and don't fight the invader until blues show up. Give 'em a chance to get the ears.
Do I need all miracles on the same character for the achievement? It's the last one left. I feel kind of stupid for wanting to have it as I successfully avoided hunting utterly stupid, boring, meaningless and grindy achievements in other games. If so there is an issue as main is level 150 and I guess I would have a hard time getting summoned with that one.

I think they have to be on one character, but can't recall for certain. If sunlight medals are the issue, could offer to help with bosses on the forum using the password system, but if you mean Darkmoon Blade... God be with ye.
