Bow Glitch (Left Hand Bow BUG) in PVP / Arena

I know there was a "Left Hand Bow" Bug https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mTyMdp46jk appeared a few months ago. And I finally saw one who used this bug to get healed for twice and the scared frame killed me.
I always think the pvp in this game is total insane....but I still played the pvp for hundreds of hrs. It's dangerous but also fascinating/interesting.
I Only help the pvp in Elden Ring would be better if there is a pvp in it.

The glitch is cancerous, what i do to fight it is using perseverance + straight sword to don't get pushed by the WoG or get stunned to the death with the fire whip, i do spacing against sacred flame attempts and when they run out of FP or i'm pretty close to them and they haven't done the casting animation w lightning arrow, i put a lot of pressure.

im sure no one is even using that glitch, because its easy to counter if you know how
