Yes you can. Go for it, see what happens.
I think it's kinda funny how salty you're getting at a guy asking how to rush making a PvP build ASAP.

I've been using Cheat Engine to make PvP builds since 1, OP. As long as you set it to offline whenever you spawn items in, change your stats/level (accordingly so it makes sense when you do go online), you'll be fine.
Quick question, can you lower a character's level safely? I accidentally leveled up one of my pvp characters from 120 to 122 and I'm wondering if I can go back.

How is twinking linked to cheating exactly? Twinking is merely invading low SL areas with gear (like Hornet ring, ring of favor+3, better Estus) obtained later. Nothing to do with how you get it.

But thanks OP, you managed to bait some CE users so I can block them.

Just a heads up........i've seen many cheaters. But because their so bad at playing
DS they still get killed in pvp. And just becuse you have unlimted health means nothing.
You can and will still die lol!

Since t103left4dead was on my block list I strongly doubt that it's just invincibility through PVE.

There's a whole forum for Cheat Engine; go there for it as this is not the place for it.

If you think DS3 twinks are bad (they are barely even twinks) then wait until you get DS remastered. Guys with +15 weapons invading in the undead parish one shotting you with a backstab. FUN FUN FUN!

I really wanted to know what can you do with the cheat engine. Things like can you level your character, give it items without going further in the game and etc. Most importantly do you have to be offline to use the cheat engine?
You can do a lot. I recommend going offline while doing it and don't try to get anyone banned or cheat to win. If you do something like getting 30 concords then turn it in you won't get banned but getting a lightning dragonslayer's spear or LVL 10 with 99 in all stats you will get banned.

You can make swords and armor but if you make something that is impossible to get like a lightning infused dragonslayer's swordspear you will get banned.

Probably because I mentioned several times in threads that you were also in that I crash cheaters when I am able to do so.

That isn't a very good excuse, I just alt f4 and block em/

Anyways, I haven't read the thread and I'm not going to care to call anyone out on being dumb, but I am wondering: Is it possible for a CE user to mess with another person's gear/inventory? Specifically, and I was wondering about this earlier, could a CE user remove excessive Storm Rulers from a person?
As you may know, you cannot Leave, Discard, or sell any Storm Rulers you have. Every NG+ cycle, you can a Storm Ruler from the Yhorm boss fight and at the end of Siegward's quest, as well as sometimes a 3rd if it glitches out and respawns at his chair. Since you cannot get rid of these swords, they'll eventually clog up either your inventory or your storage box, and the storage box does indeed have a finite amount of space before you can no longer put anything else in it.
I guess I was just pondering if it were even possible at all to get rid of my excessive Storm Rulers without using CE myself. Was just wondering any possibilities, but I actually don't even know if an external cheater could do that.
