Pitiful way of farming of otherwise a fun convenant. You don't even need kill host but other invaders or phantoms. It's not like Watchdogs of Farron where you can't invade unless you're 20 SL.
Good job princess.
Or farm the carthus skeletons.
Hell you're already cheating as is with that method just put them in your inventory and be done with it.
Yeah, let me just drop another $600+ on enough computer hardware to not drop frames like an epileptic beekeeper whenever someone I invade starts swinging their weapon remotely in my general direction. I made the mistake of leveling my pyromancer to sl 120, where the most active invasion is in the pontiff's area, and it's full of ganks. I'm not even claiming I'd get a 1:1 kdr if none of this were the case. But under the circumstances, I don't even really get good opportunities to *practice* before I see someone hyperarmor a greatsword and have to mash B frantically while I stare in suspense at my paused screen for 2 seconds to find out whether my iframes saved me, or whether I'm gonna snap back into real time trapped against a *second* dude straightsword spamming me to death.
And then there's all the disconnects. It feels like pretty much 80% of the time I appear in the world of a player who *doesn't* have a party of havel monster sunbros with Gael's Greatsword and a Four Pronged Plow, they immediately dc as soon as I spawn.
Perhaps this covenant and it's items aren't for you then.
So, that's what "git gud" meant this whole time. "Get a better PC." Thank you for illuminating that.
"Wow, I'm sure whoever is on the other end of this purple sign is a sane and reliable fellow."
:thinking_emoji:
Where would be the best spot to do this at sl 120?
