Hi,
The +40 virtual dexterity of this, is it useful when you already have high dex?
I have 40 dex, will I get any benefit of this?

I think you'll get a higher casting speed, you could also use the Sage's ring and maybe you'll have a ton of casting speed.

Casting speed is capped at 50 DEX. So you have benefits on that, but not much.
