How to get through Irithyll dungeon?
I know the way, and I can deal with all the enemies but its so long without a checkpoint my estus just can't hold up. I always get to right about the end where theres all the jailers in one room and with only 1 estus remaining the fight just isn't possible with how many there are.

Then just run?

-run through it & avoid everything you can
or

-if you can use hidden body and spook/slumbering dragon crest ring, ezpz run. enemies will only aggro if you're standing like 1 foot away AND in their line of sight
or

-open the elevator shortcut to the left just after the two large rats if you can't manage your estus
or

-do what Sinsear said lol; take it slow, equip a shield if you can

If you're running low on estus for that last bit, get to the big jailers room and (coming from the room with the rats) turn left and head out the door. There is a shortcut up that way. Activate the lift, open the door. Run back to the dungeon bonfire (or use a homeward bone).

You can now get back to the big jailers room quickly with full estus from the dungeon bonfire. Look for the room with 3 jailers across the bridge on the top level, pass through it then head right to find the door and lift. Easy peasy. :)

There are two other shortcuts before that point. One in the bottom of the room with the giant (lift back to bonfire). Another which bypasses most of the initial jail area (from bonfire, enter the dungeon, go right, then straight ahead, a key is needed). You need to explore more!

Well more of a hint to maybe not Kill everything along hte way if you are having that much problems with trash mobs.

There's multiple shortcuts.

Don't heal. I know that sounds heretical, but it's honestly true in the dungeon. The jailors will sap your max HP, but not reduce your current HP until your max HP and current HP are the same. Being damaged a bit effectively turns that into free jailor smacking time.

Dark Souls 3 isn't all about killing everything, it's about playing it smart, avoid battles that you can't win, if you can run, just run, only heal up when your health bar comes back to normal

There's no reason to kill everything over and over again. Just rush to the place where you died and continue from there.
