White tree branch offhand since it gives casting speed
2 Pyro damage rings, RoF +3 Havels + 3. Switch between the ring that gives less damage as needed.
Fire surge for finishing an opponent or harass
CBV for damage and certain uses
Black flame for R1 combo with Demon scar
Demon Scar + Black Flame is enough for you to stand in a 1v1, the other stuff is complementary.
This build is best for duels IMO because of the lack of estus, but pressure with demon scar and black flame or CBV can still deal with it. Though any spellcaster is better in duels because spellcasters have to alot estus to ashen estus decreasing the amount of healing they can do.
The other option is to use something like
Dark SS
Parting flame in offhand
Sage's Ring +2
And the stronger pyro ring.
yhorms greatshield +5
and the fattest fatty armor you can get along with whatever you can still carry as a weapon leveled at +10

Rings:
Witch's Ring (+20% to Pyromancies)
Great Swamp Ring (+12% to Pyromancies)
Sage Ring +2 (+40 virtual Dexterity for max casting speed)
Ring of Favor +3 (pretty muchly standard in every build, caster or not.)
Pyromancies:
Chaos Bed Vestiges: Pretty muchly a standard, it deals an immense amount of damage and is FP efficient. Don't spam it though, as it's easy to dodge.
Black Flame: A very fast Pyromancy that deals way more damage than it should and breaks guards. A standard for PvP and the most viable PvP Pyromancy.
Sacred Flame: Deals decent damage and automatically bypasses all shields and blocking. Best used against cowardly turtles and Havel Monsters.
Fire Surge: You can't dodge this. Deals great chip damage, has good range and is used for finishing people off at low health.
