Yhorm is boring

Anyone else think Yhorm is a poorly thought out boss? He only has a couple of patterns of attack and is basically a slow-moving, easily cheesable boss. The storm ruler easily floors him at as low as +4 upgrade and his blows hit like a toddler waving a plastic hammer. He’s supposed to be a badass giant and yet I can take no less than FOUR HUGE blows from him on my shield before being guardbroken, and I only have 10 points in endurance. It’s so disappointing that From didn’t put better design into this boss.

in my opinion sister friede is boring sure phase 3 is awesome but 1 and 2 take forever and they just suck and by the time you get to phase 3 im usually so fed up i dont try properly and when i die it just puts me off more because i know i have to face the first 2 all over again. Yhorm on the other hand i actually beat on my first try without the help of onion guy and without the sword. it was dumb and i was dumb for not figuring it out but i somehow beat him with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ little sword and half hp. it was very long but interesting

Just finished killing him... again. It took all of 1 minute 30 seconds of spamming the storm rulers special to bring him down :(
Such a very very disappointing boss. Heck, VORDT had more variety!

2 years late. Also, he's 1 boss. Not sure how he's exactly hyped up to be dissapointing, since the only mentionning of him is durong the CGI trailer and with Siegward's talk about how he's his friend.

Do it without the cheese-sword. It's not a complicated solution.
