I finally beat Sister but I'm curious if this weapon is worth using or not?

Ahh, I personally am going to say no but, it could work. The pontiff eyes are a little underwhelming IMO.

oh well at least I got the knight ring early so I'll deal a little extra damage with the war banner.

Ah I guess I'm obsesed with damage lol. It does seem like the War banner does have high DPS imo so it might be great for war banner.

If you really like damage, try the morion blade, red tearstone ring, And sunlight blade.

Just equip those in case of low health.

Just equip those and fight normally. When you are at low health. Those effects will activate and do alot of damage.

This. Believe it or not I ran a heavy vitality build. One of my favorites because blue tear stone ring made me sooooo much harder to kill in duels on top of the high vitality.

The blue tear stone is a joke it's never saved me in DS1 what makes you think it'll save me here too?

It's saved me a thousand times in ds1, leaving me with just a sliver of health

Its better for buffs tbh...but try something like my faith build and its very usefull.
