You first gotta talk to Father Gascoigne.
After talking to him you get some free gestures and a weapon called "Storm Ruler"

You killed Pontiff, the boss in Irithyll. You can't summon sunbros if the boss is dead.
You can start from church bonefire...find the distant manor....and Irithyll Dungeon.
If you can't find the way: only you can summon a red sign.
