I don't know what kind of frame data you wanted, so let me post a few links on poise:

For example the first spreadsheet in your post, it has data for startup, attack and end frames. That’s what I’m looking for! But for different weapons...
So, how did they get this data?
Also some weapons have combos or pseudo combos (one ugs has r1 into jumping, one lance l1 in offhand combos into different main hand weapons), I thought you find out what combos by looking at some of the values the weapon uses during a attack (or by trying it out yourself ingame, but that’s not what I want to do right now)
So if you know more bout that would be great to know!
Did you comment on the wrong post?
The different frame values (buildup, attack & endlag) a weapon goes through, during all of its moves (main / offhand or twohanded)
The applied motion value for said weapon
And the potential resulting (true) combos...

If you want, you can use some program to record your testing and/or game play, then analyze your videos. An example of this technique is provided at the playlist below. This playlist is for Dark Souls 1, but the general principle should be applicable to any other game.
