Hawkwood questline does not trigger

Well, I'm following the DS3 wiki, I took the dragon torso but Andre doesn't tell me about the quest and he is not on watcher's arena, I'm missing something?

did you summon him before taking stone

did you get the dragon torso stone (irithyll dungeon) or the twinkling dragon torso stone (archdragon peak)? it needs to be the latter for hawkwood to fight you

no, I didn't reach the part of summoning him, and yes I have the dragon torso stone, so I assume I must summon his first, I was reading the wiki and just say: take the dragon torso and Andre will say about him... maybe It need more accuracy

you don't need to summon him, but if i understood that correctly and you aren't even at the area where you can summon him (archdragon peak, not untended graves), then you can't have this particular twinling dragon stone anyways. it needs to be the twinkling dragon torso stone, not the normal dragon torso stone.

u just need all dragon parts except for one (hawkwood has the other) then talk to andre. one is unetended graves other is when u kill the wyvern (boss) and the other is near great belfry bonfire u descend the stairs and go straight up, do way of the dragon emote there
