Super Sacred Oath buff in PVP?

Well, it is safe to say that in PVP our new found buff is not nerfed.

You can deal 20% more damage with it. And take 30% less damage. It's incredible actually.

Here is my test video. I've also used Normal Sacred Oath and Power Within to compare them. Very good results.
