With a DLC centered around frost, you think From would re-work it a bit, but no, it's as useless as ever.
Lowers DMG absorbtion by ~5%, and inflicts stamina regen debuff about the same as a whip's Impact skill.
However, Snap Freeze is pretty ridiculous, and it's not hard to frostbite things with it. I'd say it's worth the 18INT if you're using something else with it.
Just a thought, but does anyone know if Snap Freeze's(Frostbite) and Impact's stamina debuff stack?
I'm actually not sure, but it wouldn't hurt to test it. Throw in the Knight Slayer's Ring for good measure and you might have yourself a stamina crippling kit.
Current build/stats
So, if Snap Freeze would be a good addition then I may go through NG+ to get to 120, add a good Staff (I have no clue about mage stuff so help/advice would be nice) and rework this build a bit
