When to start the DLC
I recently bought the season pass. At what time should you start playing dlc? Can you play dlc after you beat main game? Or do u need to play dlc while playing main game

Yes.
I would recommend to play it after you finished the main game.

when you want , it's up to you , if you go too early there alone there it will be better , more fun with a harder game :D
