The ones without the shield - just R1 spam them with something fast like a straight sword. The shields ones - just kick them and riposte their face.

I was pampered on my first run with the edgy Farron Greatsword L1 spam. That'll prolly work for you even if you're mobbed.

Parry them. Alot of their attacks are parriable, Even the scythe guard

2-handed mace or greatsword always works best for me against the Irithyll Knights.

Either get a heavy weapon that stuns them, parry them one at a time drawing their attention with arrows or the like or invite a friend >.>'

Honestly I don't mind players not having passive poise but letting the mobs have it is a little frustrating when their ALSO lightning fast. Mobs shouldn't have both. Either a fast glass canon or a tanky yet slow mob.

FromSoftware biggest fail. Never should have touched the poise. Poise is sacred. Stunlock is the worst mechanic ever in ANY GAME.
