You're not talking to Fromsoft support, but the Dark Souls community; In other words, people just like you with no authority to reverse your ban. Visit Fromsofts website directly and request to be unbanned.
The only solution (if you'd like a work around which is much faster than waiting for an unban), would be to utilize an alternate account and share all of your games with that account. The only games you'd suffer with would be ones which do not offer cloud saves, and/or saves which are tied to accounts such as Dark Souls, Team Fortress 2, etc. Meaning you'd have to trade items or build up again in games like these (not that you could trade from a banned account).
If you want to play again, you know what to do... Remember to backup your save(s) on your future account before you do something stupid (look it up, we're not going to hold your hand; I'm personally going out of my way here, be grateful; you're not the first person to be banned and whine for help on these forums) and don't pick up "candy" in the future.
So first you said he played on your family share, now you're saying he paid for it?
If he uses a save file that wasn't created with his account, he will be banned. If he wants to enjoy the game with all its features in a populated world, he'll have to start over on a clean slate. The other option is to keep playing the banned account on the shadow server.
I bet my whole steamaccount that he didn't delete any steamfiles from his computer or even just the DS3 files. So he's loading up the game with his already banned save file.. GG
Edit: Or create another family share and this time he better erases anything DS3 from his machine.
You misinterpreted the accusation that I was answering to or wrongfully expected me to write a full on response. I do know how the softban system works and have made alternate accounts of my own to play the game on.
If your knowledge is so intricate, then you should realize that pirating this game is pointless since you can't access the games online functionality and play with other players. A lot of the VPN and other types of multiplayer clients connect you to dubious and potentially extremely shady people. . . But hey, at least you get to play the game, right?
