Crow quill has S scaling on Sharp infusion, if you're going full dex I'd go with 60 dex and the crow quills

Both weapons function entirely different. Honestly you should be finding a weapon that functions for you in a pvp situation then worry about dmg optimization. I would rather use quills in pvp than ricard spam. However I would prefer lower level use of quills instead of 120 meta. I wouldn't go higher than sl 90's with quills. if I did like a 40 dex quill build I would stop somewhere between 60-90 SL more so around the 60-70 mark most likely.

I prefer an estoc myself, but between Crow and Ricard I prefer the crow

I like Ricards cause it's longer an i usually main a bigger weapon so it comes in handy
