How do I set fire to Ariandel?

I killed Blackframe Friede and the painting woman says she'll see flame soon but when is that?

I did that, but she still says she will see flame soon. Isn't she supposed to paint?
EDIT:
I saw some videos where there is fire in her painting studio and she says Geal will bring her pigment colored like the dark soul of man; that's what I'm wondering about.

Nothing ever happens. Even when you beat Gael and give her the Blood of the Dark Soul, all she does is say one line, then when you come back the interior of Ariandal Chapel has a flame effect on it.
That's it. Pretty disappointing.

Did you talk to her there before killing Friede? Have you reloaded the area yet? Her mentioning Gael bringing her pigment should be after you kill Friede and before you kill Gael (or enter Ringed at all potentially).
I believe the fire thing is a Ringed City addition, I know once you complete Ringed it is there, but it may be put there earlier in the DLC as well.

Yeah I talked to her before and after the fight. I have warped and came back to the area, but still no different dialogue.

After cloding the game and reopening it she said the line. Pretty much all I was looking for, thanks.
