Young Dragon Ring

So I started an assassin class a while back , i decided to follow a magic build so I found Orbeck of Vinheim and handed him the scrolls I had and bought spells from him.Now , he did not give me the Sorcery ring as wiki says and being an assassin im wondering if there's another way to get it at this point.

You can only get the young doragon ring ffrom Orbeck if you are not sorcerer. Did you talk to him? Im not absorutely sure, but moving bonfire to bonfire works sometimes.
