Essentially every time the game checks what your current inputs are, it's not getting a solid signal when you hold the B button down. If you're running it through an emulator, this could easily be a software problem. If you have an actual console you can plug it into, perhaps you can check whether it's a hardware problem or not, though what game you'd use I have no idea.
Well, the problem magically got fixed the next day, but I assume it was a problem with the controller's button. Hardware problems as in maybe dirt or such was not letting a solid signal get sent as you said.
Thanks for answering man! It may have got fixed on its own but it's nice to know more about what issues could be the cause of such problem, specially for later. Who knows? I might encounter the same issue again later and use your information to fix it.
Cheers man!
