Can't see white soapstone

Usually I play coop with my friends using passwords with the white soapstone. No problem. Today I can't see any of their white soapstones. We are all online and we dont understand whats happening here

First of all, "saponites"? I'm guessing you mean white soapstone signs.

As for not seeing each others signs, then make sure that: You have the same password, the one summoning is embered, the boss of the area is alive and that you can actually summon/be summoned in that area.

Thanks a lot for your response. I didnt know the name in english :P The boss was dead in the hosts match

That'll be why then. If the boss (or sometimes bosses) of an area is dead, then you can't summon white phantoms or be invaded. However you can summon red summon signs.
