DARK SOULS 3 BAN ONLINE

buonasera a tutti, volevo chiedervi aiuto.
Premessa: approfittando degli sconti del Black Friday ho acquistato su Steam il "season pass" di Dark Souls 3, che comprende entrambi i dlc.
qualche tempo fa feci insieme ad un amico che aveva acquistato il gioco un mio personaggio arrivando circa a una quarantina di ore di gioco!
Avendo da poco upgradato il mio PC e comprato il gioco originale ho pensato di ripartire dal punto dove l'avevo lasciato e mi sono fatto passare il mio vecchio salvataggio.
Ho provveduto poi a copiarlo nella mia cartella dei salvataggi!
Per una settimana ho continuato a giocare senza problemi alla mia partita, fino a quando ieri mi sono accorto di qualcosa di strano durante il gioco online: potevo vedere le pozze di sangue i fantasmi bianchi degli altri giocatori, ma le evocazioni e le invasioni mi sembravano assai più scarse di prima. Cercando in giro ho capito che mi hanno bannato l'account steam, infatti dopo aver messo la lingua in inglese mi è apparso il messaggio: "[CAUTION] YOU HAVE BEEN PENALIZED"
Ora quello che voglio chiedervi è se c'è un modo di risolvere la situazione almeno di togliere il ban dall'account, pazienza per le ore di gioco buttate calcolando che ero arrivato al soul of cinder e iniziato entrambi i dlc. Se avessi saputo che copiare i salvataggi da un mio amico (capiamoci bene, era un salvataggio normale, nessun trucco o cheat anche perchè era la prima run e non capisco che divertimento ci sia nel cheattare un gioco tanto divertente come dark souls)
Chiedo veramente il vostro aiuto, perchè Dark Souls 3 è uno dei giochi a cui mi sono appassionato di più in assoluto.
Qualcuno ha avuto il mio stesso problema e ha risolto in qualche modo anche solo recuperando l'account, pazienza per il personaggio.

Looking around I realized that they banned the steam account, in fact, after putting the language in English I received the message: "[CAUTION] YOU HAVE BEEN PENALIZED"
Now what I want to ask is if there is a way to solve the situation at least to remove the ban from the account, patience for the hours of play threw calculating that I had arrived at the soul of cinder and started both the dlc. If I had known that copy the rescues from a friend of mine (let's understand it, it was a normal rescue, no trick or cheat because it was the first run and I do not understand what fun there is in playing a game as fun as dark souls)
I really ask for your help, because Dark Souls 3 is one of the games I've been most passionate about.
Someone has had the same problem and has somehow solved even just recovering the account, patience for the character.

grazie per questo thread. hai dato finalmente la conferma che usare un salvataggio vecchio del 2016 (era di prima di Giugno, per caso?) causa il ban. è un'informazione preziosa.

dagli il link al tuo profilo (questo con cui hai aperto il thread) e digli cos'è successo. in teoria, o già questo mercoledì oppure quello dopo dovresti venire sbannato.
ah, devi per forza eliminare il tuo salvataggio (il file), crearne uno nuovo e giocarci un pò mentre sei bannato. ti consiglio di non evocare nessuno se trovi dei segni di evocazione perchè puoi essere collegato solo ad altre persone bannate, quindi la probabilità che siano dei cheater è abbastanza alta.

ah, per favore digli anche che il tuo salvataggio è vecchio e che a differenza di come hanno scritto sul sito, solo i backup dei salvataggi vecchi del 2016 (e probabilmente solo di prima di Giugno) causano i ban. stanno diffondendo un'informazione errata. c'è pieno di gente che usa i backup tutti i giorni senza nessunissimo problema.

thanks for this thread. you finally provided the proof that using a save from 2016 (was it from before June, by chance?) gets you banned. it's an important discovery.

to get yourself unbanned, open a ticket here: https://service-en.bandainamcoent.eu/app/ask/p/6893
give them also your steam profile link and tell them what happened to you. in theory, you should get unbanned either already this wednesday or on the next one.
ah, you absolutely have to delete your save (the file), create a new one and play with it for some time while you're banned. I suggest you to not summon anyone if you find summon signs because you can be matched only with other banned people, so the probability that they will be cheaters is wuite high.

ah, please also tell them that your save is old and that unlike they wrote on their site, only backups from 2016 (and probably only from before June) can cause bans. they're spreading a wrong information. there's full of people using backups every day without any kind of problem.

Grazie davvero mille, provvederò subito a procedere come mi hai detto, non ricordo di preciso il mese ma comunque il periodo era quello intorno al 2016.

Crashed his game becuz he was on banned servers and I thought he would ♥♥♥♥ my ♥♥♥♥ up, but I guess he was a normal player somehow

Also gibbing is like a slang or something in the community when doing something to a player using cheat engine. Like shooting a crossbow bolt that crashes the opposing player's game. or so

I also generally only crash people who are bad at cheating so mostly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who don't know how to get protection and just infi health people on live

Questo è un post di più di un anno fa, prova a contattare il servizio clienti direttamente per avere supporto. Alla fine io ho risolto tutto in questo modo. Spera però di avere un soft ban e non uno hard, altrimenti è un casino da quello che avevo letto!
