fastest way to get the iron round shield?

ive etried to farm it but it just wont drop. any tips?

symbol of avarice and crystal rapier will help with your drop rate too

If you're tired of farming, the golden falcon shield is a nice alternative though a little bit heavier.
or I can drop you one if you didn't find yours at this time

Or Hawkwood's Shield or Llywen Shield or any other small shield that has normal parry work very good as substitute.

Make sure you're farming the enemies that have the shield. What I did is I went from the tower bonfire on high wall and went backwards. I'd kill the Lothric knight and then the hollow with the iron shield that's sitting by the door. Then go through the mimic room and kill the next iron shield hollow. After that I'd back track and go the other way (where there's two hollow archers and a couple other hollows) and kill the third iron round shield hollow.

It can take a while but never took me more than 30 minutes.
