I got penalized for using a cinematic fx mod

So about 2-3 Months ago i got softbanned for using a fx mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/mods/3 ) . As far as i know you should get a warning before you'll get softbanned but due to the fact that i run the game on german language it didnt give me the warning. i also didnt get the PENALIZED message before i swapped my language to english. Which is the first thing im upset about because i didnt even know that fx modifiers were banable...

I was wondering if there was any way to lift the ban - because i really enjoyed playing the game co-op with my friends.. Can i write a support ticket or something like that? If yes please paste the link in the comments. i really want to get this over with.

You do get a warning. IF your game is set to English. And OP's wasn't.

yeah thats the bs im talking about - i would've removed the mod in an instant. But as stated i didnt even get the perma ban message... suddenly i couldnt play with my friends and didnt know why xD

You used to get a warning, but not anymore. You just go straight to banned without a warning.

There's no warning and reshade presets do not cause bans.

You can write a support ticket to Bamco but they won't give a damn about you getting banned and won't resolve the issue right away.

i've read something about a way of the white circlet - maybe i got penalized because i left too many online games idk ... i will try using the item.
