Hollowing and sorcery

Hi
1-In my first playthrough yoel of londor died(IDK why) then now I have leveled my character with him after that there is something called hollowing under my level What is this?When I went to statue of sins there was an option to remove it should I remove it?Is it good or bad?
2-Does sorcerer spells get +? like I can plus pyro hand? And is plusing sorcerer staff affect spells strength?

hollowing only makes your character look like beef jerky when at 15 hollowing.you get holling every time you die based on the dark sigils
it has only a slight increasy in luck scaling weapons(there is one weapon that scales with luck,it is pretty bad)
also be sure to get 5 dark sigils before you kill the abyss watchers
you need to have 15 or 16 hollowing to be able to get all 5 sigils

Depends. To keep it simple, what Hollowing will do is cause your character to look withered and aged. Your Hollowing level will increase each time you die. It's purely cosmetic, but you will need to level up with Yoel, 5 times in order to trigger the appearance of a new character, and possibly unlock an ending route which you can only get if you go full Hollow

Check your Key Items. Each time you level up with Yoel, you get an item called a Dark Sigil. You need 5 to continue the so called Hollow Questline. Now I'm going to assume you missed out on getting all 5 before Yoel died, so tough luck. If you wish to remove Hollowing permanently, you need to find "Soul of a Firekeeper" in the tower above the Firelink Shrine and give this to the Firekeeper. Afterwards she can cure Hollowing permanently.

Can't help you with the sorcerer questions. Never tried that path.

by the way if you have the dlc go to gael near the cleansing chapel bonfire in the cathedral of the deep ,it will take you to ariandel,kill the major boss in ariandel chapel and throught that statue in the boss room(it is in the middle of the end of the boss room),traverse/fall untill you get to a building with 2 lothric knights,go past the building,go right into a building with murkmen,there is an illusory wall,go though it there you will find the best spell in the game and the murky longstaff(you also find it there) is the best staff for casting that spell(since you are playing with sorceries) and dark sorceries if you have more int than faith
