Blade of Dark Moon after Rosaria's fingers

On my first game, I blindly joined rosarias fingers, now in NG+ I would like to join the blade of the dark moon covenant, to spend my rewards from the blue sentinals invasion. Is it possible?

Yes it's still possible, you just need the Darkmoon Loyalty gesture and you need to avoid giving Rosaria pale tongues. You get the gesture by doing Sirris' questline.

I believe JaKeD is correct. Avoid summoning any other Fingers as NPCs, don't give Rosaria tongues for covenant (I believe that you can respec your character just fine, but it may be best to avoid it). You should be able to do Sirris' quests.

Respec/Appearance is alright to use, offering tongues to increase covenant standing is what'll prevent Darkmoon access

thanks, although i gave her tongues on my first playthrough, will it carry over?
