Not Leo's (there's a Ledo's but you can't wield that with SL30) but Vordt's Greathammer.
And i would say depends. Mace is light and has way higher dmg potential but the strong Frostbite from Vordt's can screw people with shield pretty well.
I'd say Mace because of its utility, honestly.
also, bleed got nerfed to hell so you can't expect bleed that often unless you're using a bleed spiked mace.-> less raw damage
Ledo's requires 50 str. 34 while two handing. you'll suffer from 10 ish vig with that much investment in strength, not to mention that it's one of the heaviest weapons in game. thus requiring tons of vitality.
Whether it's better or worse the Vordt's is honestly pretty arguably because you need so little investment for the Spiked Mace. 14 Str, 13 Dex (that's two levels as a Knight for reference, although the Warrior is overall probably the better starting class and the Warrior doesn't have to spend more levels to 2h Vordt's than to 2h the Spiked Mace), period. Plus it's a tad lighter.
