bonefire's max level is 11. At least that is when I recieved the achivement.

No, it's 10. If you got it to 11, then you've glitched the game.

welp, I did the impossible then. Its my first run, going blind. Yet I found 11 bones so...

Have you restarted the game? If so, just keep on playing, move onto NG+. Once you find your first Bone shard for that run and burn it, you will get the achivement then. For some odd reason, the achivement didn't show up for me until I burned that mystery #11 boneshard... withouth ever going into NG+.

Honestly, I don't get it. The Estus achivement showed up right on cue. Then nothing happend at bonefire rank10. Since its my first playthrough, I honestly thought there was more. I eventually found another and boom. Got the achivement.

I don't mean to debate, but really I don't know what is going on. I never seen anyone drop any items, so I didn't get one from another player. ( only reason I know we can drop/give items is youtube vids of pvp)
