Why is Llewellyn shield worst than the iron round shield ?

if you want a proper shield you need a black knight shield or any medium shield
these light shields is just a back up when you miss or cannot roll or parrying

Llewellyn shield has better defenses but worse stability, iron round shield has better stability but worse defenses. It's up to you which one is better. In my opinion I would say the iron round shield is better for the stability(better for setup parrying).

that does not answer my question, also, ds3 shields are useless i only use them for parry people
