How do you deal with Lothric Knights on High wall of Lothric?

Their attacks are very quickly and frequent so there is so tiny window to parry and they're very damaging too so they take you down in like 4 hits. In fact, the blue one that stays to the left from a door to a hall with granny is even harder to deal with than the boss of the area which goes down like a puppy.

I circle around with a bandit's knife. Two backstabs usually does the trick for me. Try rolling instead of using a shield to block their hits (if that is what you were doing). I lost many lives to those knights.

the lothic knight always start their attacks with a forward charge that your parry window, after that they will start doing a shiled bash

They also stagger very easy.

Try using an ultra great weapon, greatsword/greataxe, or hand axe (with enchantment)

r1 them to oblivion. works for every enemy in ds3 except the dlcs

As for the question : Its very easy to backstab them by circling around.

If thats hard for you, then just r1 spam and keep enough reserve stamina to roll escape atleast once while spamming. To separate the 2 knights, just throw a firebomb and lure one knight away.

Also there's a dark axe you find in the mimic chest which is inside the huge room below the fire-breathing dragon. Its probably the most damaging weapon at that stage of the game even with +0 upgrade. You can get more damage with little less stamina consumed if you use weapon art of this axe.

The black firebombs also do a lot of damage. Use them to damage them beforehand if you are finding them difficult. Though I think you only find 3-4 black firebombs before you get to the knights.

There's also a NPC summon sign just above the stairs leading to the knights.
