Can I buff an infused weapon?

You can buff infused weapons i think just not boss weapons??

If you dont infuse it with elemental or magical damage.

Depends on the infusion. Sharp, Raw, Heavy, Refined and Hollow can be buffed. The status and elemental infusions cannot.
And some weapons just can't get buffed at all.

Depends on the type of the infusion. You can buff the weapons with infusions which change your physical damage and scaling, such as Refined or Raw. If an infused weapon has other damage than physical, then you cannot buff them. Some of the weapons can't be infused, but can be buffed, and that's the case of Executioner's Greatsword and Fume Ultra Greatsword.

can you still do the throwing knife trick? to buff unbuffable weapons or did they patch that?
