I got to the church in Anor Londo, got Sword of Avowal, ring of reverse, and on my

way out I got chameleon from a dead pilgrim. Is there anything else to do in this questline ?

You must have completed it, since you got Chameleon. You were supposed to stick the Sword of Avowal into Anri's head via cutscene. If you did, you should have 8 dark sigils. The final part of the quest is to beat the final boss and interact with the bonfire.

You can reload the map and come back to her body to pick up her sword, don't forget that.

Anri is the reverse of your gender, might not always be a she. Also yes dont forget the sword, you wouldnt want to kill Anri twice.

you need to perform the ceremony (approach anri and watch the video), then when you kill cinder, you get the "third ending"
