Lothric War Banner worth it?

Im doing a quality build at the moment, and a friend recomended me this weapon. Is it any good, both for PvP and PvE?
If it is, could someone trade it with me?I dont have the DLCs

It has a buff, gud range, group buff. It stabs gud too.

the duration is pretty short imo

If you're not planning to use a spell based buff, it's great , and the buff it gives on the weaponart is really strong. However, if you're gonna buff your weapons with a pine bundle or a spell, it ends the self-buff immediately. So on a non caster quality buiild it's great.
